Who We Are
Fire Meetings started with a simple frustration: companies spend enormous amounts of time in meetings, but rarely know what those meetings actually cost or whether they were worth it. We set out to make meeting behavior measurable. First for ourselves, then for the companies and teams facing the same problem every day.
Our team brings 50+ years of combined experience across startups, enterprise software, AI systems, product, operations, and infrastructure. We’ve built and scaled companies, supported startups and SMBs, and worked on technology at Google, Meta, Apple, LinkedIn as well as at venture-backed startups. Now we’re applying that experience to one of the largest unmeasured operating costs inside organizations, meetings
