Fire Meetings Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fire Meetings (the "Service"), including our Google Meet add-on, website, and related services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) The Service
Fire Meetings provides meeting analytics, time and cost tracking, and related features for Google Meet and other collaboration tools. We may update or change the Service from time to time.
2) Eligibility and Accounts
You must be authorized by your organization to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3) Organization Use
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
4) Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
5) Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Workspace). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or interfering with or disrupting the Service.
7) Intellectual Property
We own the Service and all related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
8) Feedback
If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use could cause harm. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Meetings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
12) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
